Instagram is always fun to scroll through, but one feature (or its lack, at least to my eyes) that always gives me a slight pause is what I call “post demarcation,” that is, what marks the end of one post and the end of another.
Sometimes the juxtaposition of two totally unrelated posts can lead to some humorous results. I call this unintended affordance “Juxtagram.”
Consider the following screen capture of two consecutive posts I saw one day. I’ve added red lines & arrow to point out the humor. I’m thinking the executives at “nectarsleep” might not appreciate the post placement:
